I'm nervous about going for yet another surgery, especially that this is
my 5th in 7 months. But the adhesions are bad, and the doctor feels
that there might be more endometriosis as well. I had a hysterectomy 4
months ago, and 3 laps in the 3 months prior to that, my gyn assured me
that this would probably be the last of my string of bad luck! However,
she told me if anything is touching to my bowel she'll have to do an
open surgery instead of laprascopically like planned, and call in a
bowel specialist.
Anyone done this? How's recovery? I'm so scared about anestheia and the
post op pain again.
