All of you ladies need to investigate Syndrome X. Changing your eating habits/patterns can bring immense relief. I noted in the chat that someone asked what were normal insulin levels and the answer is, there are none. There are no reliable tests to check levels, and all the tests are different, no standard like for blood sugar. To start eat no carbs before noon, don't ever drink fruit juice, pop or ANYTHING with high fructose corn syrup. Stretching and deep tissue massage effectively breaks down adhesions or stretches/makes them pliant enough to rid you of pain. Good luck ladies.
