Yes, I get leg pain too. Especially on the right side. My adhesions are due to an appendectomy (on the right side) 5 years ago. I think it is nerve pain, but I was told it was due to the fact that I am guarding my right side to a point where the muscles, ligaments and tendons have become tight. So my nerve pain is due to tightness, not adhesions. I stretch and get massage and it seems to help.
