I will add another accolade for Miralax. I had used tons of Colace
prior to being put on Miralax. The stuff works well and it mixes well
with juice or other drinks and you don't notice any taste. I also was
put on a low fiber/low residue diet. I'm not allowed the raw veggies
though, only cooked ones and certain ones. The diet does help also. I
had been trained to think "high fiber" was best but it isn't, the low
fiber/low residue makes your system work better.
