I agree with your opinion. I had surgery with these doctors seven weeks ago and I feel great! Even if something eventually comes back, I will seek treatment from them again. They are both by far the most knowledgable about this disorder in my experience. The listened to me and tailored their treatment to my specific complications. Other doctors had their set procedures and hoped for the best. I never felt that the other doctors gave my opinion and concerns any credibility. It was wonderfully refreshing to see doctors that understood what I was talking about.
Also, I was very lucky. My insurance paid everything. I had to make a significant pre-payment, but I ended up getting it all back. It was worth the financial risk and the travel. I traveled from Michigan to have surgery with them.
