Please help me. I am trying to find out information about Dr Cook in
California. I live in Cal. I am in a whole lot of pain. I just need
honest answers if you have gone to him and why he keeps moving his
practice? I am in so much pain right now..........would he just put me
in and do a lap and then see or what?
I am hoping you people with the answers will get back to me
soon..........I need some help. My marriage and sometimes my life
depends on it.
