Post Colonoscopy Pain

I had a resection of my colon 4 years ago due to extensive adhesions, post multiple surgeries, hysterectomy and extensive endometriosis, including evidence of endo tissue even 3 years post total hyst.

I just had a routine colonoscopy and everything checked out great! But, I have continued to have significant bloating, pain and discomfort, I describe it as feeling like I have been kicked in the gut. I do NOT have any constriction of the colon, which is good news, but could adhesions be the reason for the residual pain and discomfort?
