Nancy, I am sorry to seem too inquisitive, but did you have to pay Drs. R & R a few thousand upfront? That's what I was quoted back in 2001. But due to my own foul-up, they cancelled me out. The gastro who sent me for a pelvic/abdominal Ct scan and then did a colonoscopy on me, left word that he wants me to see a surgeon for an exploratory. I am going to call him tomorrow, as I need his answers as to how much trouble he had passing the pediatric scope, and as to how serious he thinks the enlargement of the sigmoid muscle wall is. He told me that both tests were o.k. But how can they be, if the Ct showed the muscle hypertrophy? I had to read it for myself on written report. He never told me. I am so afraid of more surgery, more pain, and even more afraid of ending up with an ostomy. I have never hurt so much for so long. I've lost over 10 lbs. in a month, or less. You may send a reply to my personal email, if you prefer. Thanks. Millie.
