There is not endometriosis in your lungs -- not possible. Endo is uterine tissue that is not in the uterus - but not possible to be in your lungs as it is separated by the diaphragm.

Shortness of breath can be from adhesions if they are attached to the diaphragm. Might also want to consider other lung options related to your past smoking history and exposure.
