If i eat very little red meat, or pork, I seem to be OK, I eat alot of natural foods, in other words, not processed. I also try to eat small meals,..if I sit down to share a large meal because I am famished, I am bloated in 20 minutes and miserable, and depending on the processed food, I sometimes get partial bowel obstructions. I call it that because I have a veru hard time, ... then at a certain point, nature seems to start things along. the key is to fine stuff that works for you. I follow the Eat Right for your Blood Type diet for a few weeks each season, and that is when I really feel my best. yea..yeah... one day I will be on it completly, hehehhe but I still like cake and Ice cream every now and then!. (I do cheat, but I plan it when I know I will have a quiet day and not have to go anywhere the next day if I am miserable. it might help to put down your food on one day, and see how you feel the next day.

hope this helps. SueR
