Re: Zelnor recognizes Adhesions

My doctor let me try zelnorm and it worked well, for a while. She felt that the "contraindication" just told us that zelnorm wasn't a cure for the constipation that we know is caused by the adhesions. The symptom of consipation, however, was somewhat relieved when the food moved more quickly through my digestive system. I'd have to say it worked pretty good for me for several months before the effectiveness diminished. Plus, I'm sure that they adhesions have tightened in that same period of time. The first couple of days of zelnorm were rough, but after adjusting to the medication it was definitely better than without it.

Be sure to discuss these issues with your doctor. I went into it with my eyes open and I was pleased with the result, at least for a while.
