Welcome! You are certainly in the right place! First I would like to
encourage you to learn EVERYTHING you can on adhesions, before you
decide what would be the best course for you to take. You will find a
ton of info on this site (and others), especially posts from Helen
Dynda, check the archives... she is a wealth of amazing info! That is
where you need to begin, knowledge, so you can make informed decisions
for your health!
