Hi Rick,

Sorry you are in the same boat as most here, I hope you find your solution soon! A bit about your questions: men and women are the SAME on the inside, with exception of course, of the gender parts. It makes no difference in abdominal surgery being male or female - women have the greatest number statistically for adhesions simply because they have the greatest number of abdominal surgeries. On that note, you stand as good a chance as a women of getting better given the same intervention, you just need to work on the very best care for yourself.
