I have the EXACT same complaint. My lower back is the area where I have the
most problems. It used to be that my pain was right where my ovaries would be
if I had any (I had a complete hysterectomy) but now the pain is mostly in my
low back. Last surgery, the doctor told me that adhesions had attached my
insides to my back wall and the front to my front wall. I have tried the
Thermocare heat packs for the back and they seem to give some comfort but nothing
is going to get rid of my pain unfortunately. No amount of physical therapy is
going to help because it is not muscle pain or back injury, it's adhesions
pulling and tugging.
Try the Thermocare though, it might just work!
