My husband had his right kidney removed by traditional surgery in March, 2003.
He is experiencing pain in the area of the surgery almost constantly.
Sometimes when he wakes up in the morning the pain isn't so bad until he walks
around then it becomes severe. Is this the same for you? He has tried to stop
taking the pain meds several times but has to resort to them for sleep. I have
read that there is no treatment for adhesions and they will grow back if
surgically removed. It is hard to see him fighting this pain which he thought
would end after the kidney was removed. Any advice? Thanks.
