I have become a professional at that.
I go on major guilt trips about being afraid to have children, due to what my Mom went through. And I am over 2 years post TAH/LSO, and so many times I feel as though I was punished for not having children. I think a lot of us have crying spells, and guilt trips.
You do have a great sense of humor, the idea of the "no more periods party." And you will need that sense of humor, believe me.
