Question: I seem to have these terrible symptoms of bloatedness and being uncomfortable most of the time. In fact I feel 10mths pregnant (which I know is impossible), but it seems that everytime I eat or drink I swell up. this has been ongoing for 2 years now. At 45 I have had enough. Have had an ultrsound, found nothing except a gallstone. My mum has just been diagnosed with diviticulitis quite severe with inflamed bowel. Is it worth having myself checked out? What are the causes and how can one prevent it from happening??
any advice would be most welcome.
Thanks
Jeanette
