Dear Jaynie Hi, not so many of us about! thank you for your reply I think I some how messed up a reply to Karen and now her name is attached to my posting!!! I was due to have my first session on the 5th May but had to cancel - now its on the 16th. I also hate needles! no one seems to have had any great success but as you say it's worth trying. I'll let you know how I get on.
