To keep your mail box organized from the volume of daily emails from the message board, you can:

1. Visit the IAS website each day to read messages posted on the board. Click this link to open the main message board page and save it in your Favorites list. http://www.adhesions.org/forums/message.htm

OR

2. Subscribe to the Digest version and get one (sometimes 2) emails each day that contain 15-25 messages at a time. This is a great option if you want to see everything, but don't want your email box filled. To change your subscription to Digest, go here: http://www.adhesions.org/forums/listcmds.htm

Scroll half-way down the page until you see "Digest". Click the link and input your email address if it does not already show. Your request should be put into place within 24hrs (usually less). If you have problems with this, just let me know.

If you utilize Outlook for your email (Yahoo can do this also), you can set emails to go directly into a folder within your email box; this will keep the size of your inbox down and keep your messages for Adhesions in one place! If you need directions on how to do this, let me know by private email.
