Just wanted to let you know I am with you in this. My name is Dalene and I am
from Tampa, FL. I had my 10th surgery last year where a surgeon screwed up
and nicked a main artery in my abdomen. I ended up in ICU with 4 units of
blood loss. The same pain I had before is back again, but this time I have
been told by the most reputable surgeons in Tampa that I just need to deal
with this pain and take Tylenol!!!!!!!!!
UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It seems to me all of the doctors who want protection
under the new FLA law comes down here to operate on women like myself and end
up living in pain for the rest of my life. I am now seeing a pain specialist
and he tells me it is too dangerous for me to have any more surgery in my
abdomen, unless I have a total bowel obstruction again.
Believe me I know what you are going through. You are very lucky you
were able to have children when you did.I lost both children in 4 mos of
pregnancy due to endometriosis. I totally understand what you are going thru.
