Hi Carol,

I don't think Intergel is new. They used this in me as far back as 2000 at least and I still formed adhesions. They even used it with another adhesion barrier called intercede (I think) and also another barrier which I don't know the name of, and I still formed adhesions. I would like to find out more about the nerve entrapment. I have alot of nerve damage in my abdomen from all the surgeries. There are areas of my tummy that have been numb since 1998. I have sharp shooting pains in the nerves that shoot down the backs of my left leg and also in the front inside of my left leg until it gets to my knee. The pain then goes towards the outside of my knee and then down into my foot. I know it sounds strange, but when I was at my pain management doctor's office, he had a chart of the human nervous system and I followed a nerve on the chart where I knew I was hurting and found that the nerve ran just like I had described my pain. At least I found out it was not all in my head. I also have alot of pain in my abdomen and find it very difficult to exercise although I know I need to. Anyway, I hope the Intergel works for you and you can be pain free.

Love and hugs, Jenny
