My preference would be DR M. Korell in Duisburg, Germany. He is using the Spray Gel and is an expert on adhesions. He is also a wonderful person. His bed side manners are great. The cost is about $6,000 depending on airfare. I don't know who the contact person for him is, but you could always send a brief email to him. Include your name & address, where your pain is, a brief summary of previous surgeries & what meds you are on.
