Hi it is nice to meet, you!! I haven't seen your name before. are you new here? I have only been here for about 3 months.
I have never had the mscontin. I do take methadone though. I am supposed to take 10mgs, three time a day also. I tried, the 10 mgs but it made me puke. I cut them in half and take 5 mgs 2 times a day and vicodin for breakthrough. For me the methadone had worked better than anything else. But we must remember that we are all different. I know that there are stronger doses of methadone I think there is a 20mg and 40 mg pill, maybe they could up your dose. Don't do it without asking as we all know that they monitor our intake, if we have to take one more pill than the bottle says then we are scrutinized.

Do you mind sharing your experiences with the methadone. They do make me dizzy and maybe I will start taking the whole pill soon, but not sure if I need it.
