I am so sorry!! I know it sux I go through bouts of 1 week constipation the next diarreah. When my kids get the runs or myself, I make them eat a bunch of cheese. some reason that works. and the constipaion, I and them eat extra bananas. I will pray that you will get this undercontrol,
