I am sitting here at work and I am in a great deal of Pain. I have been for the past 3 hours. I have hydrocodone on me, but I wasn't given the rx for my adheions. I had breast surgery this week and that's what it was meant for. However, when I take it, my abdomen feels so much better. Right now I feel like I've been hit by a mack truck. I've been trying to do deep breathing and relaxation, but it's only helping slightly. Going home at this point is not an option, although all I want to do is climb into bed. Any suggestions?
