since my diagnosis, I have found this board with so many wonderful people. They welcomed me in when I had no clue as to what I was dealing with. I have had many suggestion on how to deal with this, with out meds and with. I have learned how to become my own health advocate. I recently had a doctor tell me that I knew more about this than he does. I tell him what I think I need and he does his best to help me. This is my second family and I am grateful that i have found them
