I'm sorry that I don't have the information that you are looking for...however, if your adhesions are a result of pelvic surgery, you might post to the womens forum at http://forums.obgyn.net/womens-health

If you explain that the adhesions originally resulted from a pelvic surgery, then perhaps a Dr at that forum may help you. If you ask, there may be a gastro forum that they can direct you to.
