Hi, I am responding to this because I have the severe pain and pulling when I urinate too. It is twice as bad when I am on my period. Had a lap in Oct. and my bladder and uterus are attached together with adhesions. My uterus is still adhered to the abdominal wall. I take uristat or pyridium for the urinating pain and it really does help alot.
