Lillian,
I am so glad to hear that your surgery went well and that you are
enjoying your family. Was your surgeon an orthopedic or neuro surgeon?
I too have back problems with L5-S1. I had surgery in 12/2000 for L4-L5
and had the disc removed and replaced with bak cages and fused. This
helped some but they went in through my left side (stomach) area which
is a large incision and then a small one in my back. It is so nice to
hear that someone is feeling better after their surgery. Please let me
know how you are progressing. Wishing you a very Happy Thanksgiving,
and it sounds like you have a lot to be thankful for.
Lynn
