Tish, First thing is the ER dr is an idiot!!! Anti-inflammatories is almost laughable but it hurts to laugh so I won't. Tish, you have been such an angel to everyone, maybe I can help you this time. I just started the patch last week and I can't tell too much difference either. The first one made me really sleepy for about 4 hrs then it felt like it wasn't working. I really think that you need to call your dr and let him know what is going on since it has been helping until now. There is absolutely no reason to suffer through because you have already done that for years. Please call your dr and let me know what he says. I am seeing my dr tomorrow to see if they will up my dosage since this one does not seem to work. I will let you know what he says. God bless and please know that we are here for you.
