Cynthia should be able to change the format on her own computer to go up as far as font 72 if need be and it will only affect her not everyone else. This is what she should do.
1.) Go to tools on her browser and then options.
2.) Then click on the mail format tab.
3.) Click on fonts. There should be three choices.
a.) When composing a new message.
b.) When replying and forwarding.
C.) When composing and reading plain text. This is the one that changes her incoming emails for her to read.
4.) Click choose font, now change the number to a size that Cynthia can read.
What this does is change her emails to the script size of her choice as large as she likes as, they come into her inbox and will not need others to write in large script. Everyone else will receive the size that their computers are set to. Hope this is of help.
