CINDY -- DO YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE ADDRESS FOR WEB-TV ?

I FOUND A WEB SITE THAT HAD A TUTORIAL FOR CHANGING THE FONT SIZES ON WEB-TV, AND IT IS PATHETIC!!!!! IT ONLY HAD SMALL, MEDIUM AND LARGE SHOWING AS CHOICES! I'M ASSUMING THAT YOU HAVE "LARGE" CHOSEN AND THAT IT ISN'T VERY LARGE, RIGHT?

DO YOU HAVE A "CUSTOMER FEEDBACK" OR "CUSTOMER SUPPORT" ADDRESS FOR WEB-TV? I SEARCHED AROUND AND I CAN'T FIND AN ADDRESS. IF YOU KNOW THE EMAIL, OR ANYBODY ELSE FOR THAT MATTER, I'D LIKE TO WRITE THEM AN EMAIL. WEB-TV CHARGES GOOD MONEY FOR THEIR SERVICE AND THEY HAVE SPECIFICALLY TARGETTED SENIOR CITIZENS FOR USING THE SERVICE. SENIORS ARE MUCH MORE LIKELY TO HAVE VISION PROBLEMS THAN YOUNGER PEOPLE, SO WEB-TV SHOULD OFFER ***MORE*** FLEXIBILITY FOR SEEING THE CONTENT WITH VISUAL IMPAIRMENTS.

IF ANYONE ELSE WANTS TO WRITE LETTERS, TOO, I AM GOING TO SUGGEST THAT IN A FUTURE VERSION TO THE PRODUCT THEY SHOULD HAVE SOMETHING WHERE YOU SET ONE THING AND ENTER INTO A "VISUALLY IMPAIRED" MODE. ALL OF THE TYPE SHOULD BE VERY LARGE, AND ALSO THE CURSOR SHOULD BE SUPER-SIZED, TOO.

I AM A COMPUTER PROGRAMMER AND I SPENT MANY YEARS WORKING FOR A BOSS WHO IS VISUALLY IMPAIRED. ONCE YOU HAVE IN THE BACK OF YOUR MIND THAT SOME OF THE PEOPLE WHO WILL USE THE STUFF THAT YOU BUILD MIGHT HAVE TROUBLE SEEING OR HEARING OR MOVING, IT'S NOT THAT HARD TO THINK OF CLEVER WAYS TO MAKE YOUR STUFF ACCESSIBLE TO EVERYONE!
