The patch comes in 50, 75,and 10ugh, and is recomended a change
every72hrs, however I have to use three 100ugh patches and change them every
48 hrs as well as breakthrough meds. but once your body finally gets adjusted
to the amount of opiates from the patch, you dont have to use the
breakthrough meds as frequently. You might try zanax for sleep or
clonazapham, or try the demerol suppositories if you are able. If you be
honest with your doctor and he really cares, he will work with you. Get to
