Hi, JoAnne. The only reason some messages are in all caps is Cindy Shruhan, who frequently posts, is visually impaired and all caps is easier for her to type and read. Cindy is bedridden and needs the support of all of us, so we feel it's important to accommodate her by having her post in caps on this board.
