Dear Marcia The gel is called "Confluent Spray Gel". They are using it in Australia & Europe. Several have gone to Germany to have this used on them & it is showing wonderful results. To get there, it will cost about $5,500-$6,000. Most insurance wont pay for it. You have to spend at least 2 weeks there. You also need a passport, which can take up to 3 months to get. You also need to get all your surgical reports, so the Dr there can look over them to see if he thinks he can help you. I hope this information will help you. robin M
