Dear Robyn,

According to your answer to my questions, you have had all of the following:

1.) 5 laparoscopic surgeries - for endometriosis and ovarian cysts,

2.) a laparotomy 18 months ago to remove an ovarian cyst and "tons of adhesions"

3.) a c-section

All of the above are known causes of adhesions!! Based on my knowledge of adhesions and endometriosis, I find it difficult to believe that you could be so lucky as to be completely free of both adhesions and endometriosis!!

I suggest that you go to Medical Records at the hospital(s), where all of these surgical procedures have been performed. As a surgical patient, you have the right to request copies of your operative and pathology reports --from all of your surgical procedures - and you don't need your doctor's or surgeon's permission to do this.
