Cherryl, I have been taking Zelnorm for about a month now (2per day) and they do not work for me nor did they make me cramp more than normal. They worked only for about 3 days then stopped. Good luck but remember it is a new drug and one of the caustions was for people with abdominal adhesions should not take this. My doctor thought it was worth a try in my case because I keep having partial bowel obstruction and impactions resulting in hospital stays but luckily no surgery.
