I have a question about anti-inflammatories. I take Celebrax 200 mg. daily, which is the standard dose for this long-acting med. In this post it recommends 1200-1600 mg. Is that for ibuprofen, which requires you to take it throughout the day?

The pain is caused by the adhesion attachment-sites being pulled on and agitated - thus creating inflammation; so anti-inflamatories - in conjunction with pain meds - are a must. Usually 1200mgs -1600 mgs a day. LodineX or Celebrex are good.
