I also, was told by my family doc, as well as my gyne that any type of
excercise was fine, if it hurt, then to not do it, or not as much, they both
said to find my comfort zone, and that I could not damage anything , but
just to be sure i was comfortable.. :) Excercise is very good, as it releases
the endorphines, which can help with pain, I find walking really helps to
relieve some of my pain, as it just loosens up my tense and stressed body!!!!
