Dear Jo, Congradulations on the recovery,,,, I wish you the speedest recovery and the most comfort you have felt in years!!! If I may suggest something in regards to the bowel issue?? Try simple Fibre intake,,, it may help to re-stimulate the bowel movements a little better! But then maybe you alreay know this and I should just hush at this point!!
