Cathy,
Sounds like Cassie is one tought little girl. Tell her
to hang in there, all of us wish her a healthy &
speedy recovery. Try to get her to walk to relieve the
gas pains. I know it is hard, both my kids had their
appendixes out, my daughter was 8 & my son was 16 at
the time. They told us the more they walked the faster
the gas pains would be gone.
