pillows, and have her drink plenty of clear fluids, also what really helps a
lot is to get up and walk a bit, as much as she is comfortable doing. I just
had this done myself a month ago, and the pain in the shoulders and neck is
very uncomfortable, but normal, so i understand fully! Also let her know, to
pass as much gas as she can, don't hold any in, and just keep taking
ibuprofen, or extra strength tylenol regularily. It will all subside within a
