Hello everyone!

I am sorry to have neglected everyone on the board this last few weeks......

Yes, I am still adhesion pain FREE, I am confident that SpayGel has worked for me. My only hurdle as far as I am concerned is my bowel, and it's refusal to work properly.

It has been a challenge and yes at times uncomfortable, BUT I am just about off all pain medication and I seem to be holding myself together well....errrr when I don't forget that I have been an "invalid" for two years & get cranky with myself because I feel tired and just plain worn out after a VERY full day of activity! LOL

You are all in my thoughts and prayers and I am still working hard for the Adhesions cause... my daughter's Endo seems to be under control and for now I am happy with that. I have a fundraiser coming up at the end of the month to help me with funding The Australian Adhesions Support Group, and just wanted you to know that you are all welcome to visit bombo any time.

Love to Lillian, Nancy, Karla, Anthea, Lesa, Millie, Christie, Helly-belly, Helen D, Brokenwing, Annie, Suze, Trace, Helen G, Janet and ...... I am sorry if I have left anyone out...i am really tempting fate relying on MY memory for names! rofl... so please don't think I don't have you in my thoughts and prayers if your name was left off the list.... getting 200 emails or so a day now reallymakes it hard to keep up with everyone.

Love & gentle warm hugs, Jo
