Dear Caroline, I don't know that adhesions and nausea go hand in hand. I know that severe pain can make you nauseous. I do know that adhesions can sometimes cause intestinal obstructions. The watch points are nausea, fever and distention ( bloating) If you have these symptoms you should call your doctor or go to an ER right away. Bowel obstructions can be Very serious.
