Sorry you are hurting so bad. For what it's worth...when I was calling
around and gathering information I called a well known practice in
Atlanta. The secretary ( and fellow sufferer ) said that heat, while it
feels so good is not good for the pain of distention or any other type
of inflammitory pain. She said that ice packs are the way to go. I
adore the relief I have had from my faithful heating pad but I must say
I found great relief from the ice. To do it one better, I make what I
call a human sandwich.. Have haeting pacd for your lower back and ice
on your tum. Boy, it sure works for me.
