Malina, I have been told that I have IBS and the constipation is mainly due to the medications that I have to take for the adhesions and back problems. I have severe abdominal pain until I have a bowel movement which is very very painful too. I have been diagnosed with internal hemroids also. I usually have a bowel movement about once every two weeks. I am trying some new herbal stuff and will let you know if it works. Usually I have to resort to laxatives(about 3-4 at a time before I have any type of response. Hope this helps-Lynn Creacy
