I have heard that theory too, but did you know there are actually different kinds of adhesions? I think David has some very good discriptions of the different kinds here on IAS read a [atients guides and adhesions faqs, found on the menu bar to the left.
I have suffered from adhesions for years and have had FIVE major surgeries since February 2000!! I WISH exersise would get rif of them, trouble is, mine are so dense, thick & nasty they strangle everything & I now have a bowel AND bladder that simply don't work...that's life with adhesions!
