Hi Suzanne,
I Had 14 Surgey's, because of adhesions. Complete Hysterectmoy in 1985.
Last surgery was 1996. I tried every pain medication there was. After
3 months I would switch because it would not help anymore. Since my last
surgery 1996 I stopped all pain medication. Start meditating, watch what I eat.
exercise daily. Just a 20 minute walk. I took control of my situation.
As of today I been pain free. No more pain medication. No more Ulcers from the
pain medication. No more Bowel obstruction. The amazing thing is My Doctor
Told me I will always be on pain medication. He wanted me to start the Pain Clinic.
I lost alot of weight. My weight had drop to 85lbs, the pain prevented me from eating
and keeping down. My weight is now 125 and I feel great. I take one DAY at a time.
I know it could all start up again. That's why I appreciate each pain free day
day I have. I take care of my body now.
I live my life every day. Pain is not my life. I wish you luck in recovery
of your pain.
