I finally went to the chiropractor today to see if they could help with
my back pain. They took an X-ray and found that my left hip is a little
lower than my right. So now I have to use a lift in my left shoe and
I'm not allowed to walk bare-footed anymore. Bummer! In addition, they
manipulated my back, and I'm in more pain tonight than I was before I
went. Is that normal? Will the pain from manipulation get better in a
few days?
