Does anyone have these symptoms

Hello,

My name is Josh and i'm a 27 year old male. I had surgery when i was only 18 months old and my appendix was removed.

Uptil 21 years old i was fine, then all of a sudden i started suffering from strange symptoms such as bloating, burping, and pain (from by Belly button area down to my groin area). These symptoms would only ever be felt after eating though.

The pain is often a dull pain and when it comes, it will be after eating solid foods only (Though i don't get it every time i eat though). Liquid (i.e Soup) is never a problem. The bloating and the burping seem to come before the pain and the burping is most odd. The burps go on for ages and it sounds very weird (if i was 10 years old i might think it great but at 27 its more of a pain in the arse to be honest!!)

As time has gone on the regularity of my problems has increased. Its gone from being once every few months to almost daily now. I have had consultants look into it for 6 years (on and off) and recenty they have concluded that the problems i have are due to adhessions (For ages they thought it was IBS).

It is incredibly disrupting on my life, particularly as i am so young.

Does anyone think adhessions are my problem? And does anyone have any ideas of things that might help me.

Any help is appreciated.

Many Thanks, Josh
